We spoke with Mike Ferris, a local real estate investor/developer, the other day and found out some great news. He told us that he has numerous property available for sale, rent, or rent-to-own. When we spoke with Mike he said that he is not only looking for people to fill his Seachase condos, but he is also willing to work with potential buyers, with rent to own options, in any area of Sussex county that they want to be in. Read on to find out more.

This is what Mike has proposed. He is willing to find and purchase property in any area of Sussex County and do rent to own options on those units. These can be single family homes, condos, townhouses or whatever. All that is required is a qualified potential renter/buyer that is ready to move quickly. This is an opportunity that will not come along very often.

If you think this sounds like it is for you, here is what you need to do to be qualified.

• You have to be willing to speak with a lending specialist so we can see where you are now with things such as credit score, debt, and income
• You have to be willing to follow a plan to fix any problems that may exist with your credit and current debts (You will not be automatically disqualified for bad credit or high debt. You just need to be willing to work to fix the problems)
• You have to be willing to allow us to perform a background check
• You will need to have atleast 2 months worth of the set rental amount before moving in
• You have to motivated to move to the next step which is home ownership
